Title: The Greek Salad As Prepared in Greece

Yield: 6 Servings

1 Cucumber; peeled, seeded, halved, and cut into 1/4 inch slic
4 Plum tomatoes
 smRed onion; finely chopped
1/4 Head green cabbage; thinly sliced
1 Green bell pepper; washed, seeded and sliced
1/3cKalamata olives; pitted
1tbCoriander or parsley; chopped
1tbOregano or marjoram; chopped
 pnSalt
 pnPepper
1tbGreek olive oil
2tbLemon juice

Mix all ingredients together in a salad bowl and serve.
